Material: A6061 φ16×201 Using a centerless round bar with an outer diameter of φ16 and a tolerance of h7. By using centerless material, the bending of the material diameter is minimized, and the precision of the outer diameter is maintained, allowing for production at a low cost. Ideal for shafts and similar applications!
Compared to extruded and drawn materials, there is less variation in outer diameter and reduced bending of the material! We have a large inventory and can accommodate short delivery times!
"Centerless grinding" is a processing method for machining cylindrical materials that does not require center support, allowing for the processing of long materials, pipes, and machined products without selecting specific processing machines. It excels in outer diameter precision, roundness, and straightness, resulting in high-precision materials.
